The Green Butterfly Market is for artisans who are making their own products locally. The market has been in existence since 2010 and focuses on developing unique, eco-friendly businesses.
Vendor selection is based on the following criteria:
- You need to be making your own products locally in Ghana or in Africa.
- You must be a resident of Ghana or other African country.
- Yours must be a small to medium sized business. Preference is given to handcrafted and homemade products.
We sometimes reach the threshhold for accepting vendors into the Green Butterfly Market, in which case vendors are placed on a waiting list pending approval and entry into the market when space becomes available.
Vendor Requirements:
Preference is given to small to medium scale businesses operating locally with as many local inputs as possible.
You must be making your own products locally to qualify as a Green Butterfly Artisan. The market also accepts vendors promoting cultural services as well as certain thrift and clearance products.
Registration Process
The first thing you need to do is send us a Whatsapp message on the Green Butterfly help line 0247900791 with a clear introduction of your self and your business. Attach NO MORE THAN 5 PHOTOS that best describe your brand. Our office will review your request and determine if you qualify and if there are any available slots in the market.
Once you are approved, you will be provided with a link to register as a vendor. Fill out the form, submit, and return to our whatsapp chat to confirm your registration. At this point we send you instructions on how to make payment for your vendor space.
